Golf Course Road – everyone talks about the premium living, but let's be real about the monsoon situation. I've seen DLF projects here, and the waterlogging is a nightmare. Roads turn into lakes for hours, sometimes days. Is it just me, or do the high maintenance charges not cover basic civic infrastructure like drainage? Property prices are 3 Cr+ for a 3BHK, but this issue makes me question the value. Anyone actually living there experience basement flooding or severe traffic snarls due to this? Change my mind about this being a major deal-breaker for end-users.
