Golf Course Road: Is the upside truly gone?

Golf Course Road — been eyeing properties there for ages. So fed up of renting, landlord hiked it again. Finally taking the plunge, but GCR prices are just insane now. Has it peaked? Not sure there's any real upside left. What about nearby sectors like 53 or 54? Any projects still offer decent value or ROI? Or is the GCR investment boat long gone?

Yaar, GCR toh ab dreams mein hi hai. Jab bhi dekho, rates upar hi jaa rahe hain. Pehle socha tha investment ke liye accha hai, par ab lagta hai bas luxury end-users ke liye hi reh gaya hai. Kya sach mein koi upside bacha hai ya sirf 'legacy' value hai?

Totally agree, U1. GCR is out of reach for first-time buyers like us. I'm looking at areas like Badshahpur now, thoda affordable toh hai
