Builders ka bolna aur actual kharcha bohot alag hota hai. This gives you a clear picture of unexpected costs, like DG backup charges, water tanker bills, or even pending society works. Also, for hospital proximity, don't just see the distance on maps. Drive that route during peak hours. A 5km hospital can be 30 mins away in Gurgaon traffic, which is a big deal for us.
