Golf Course Road: Seniors ke liye kaisa hai living experience?

Visited a few projects on Golf Course Road last week, like M3M and Emaar ones. Kids have moved out, toh ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Looking for a manageable 2/3 BHK. My main concern hai wahan ka actual daily life experience. Maintenance charges kaafi high lag rahe, kya woh services justify karte hain? Aur hum seniors ke liye, hospital proximity bohot crucial hai. Are good hospitals like Medanta or Fortis easily accessible, especially during peak traffic? Aur wahan ka real vibe kaisa hai, like society life? Any insights or experiences would be really helpful before we finalize. Thanks!
