Golf Course Road Sohna mein prices... I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking to upgrade to a 3BHK or a small villa. Sector 55 mein kaafi projects dekh raha hoon. Last 1-2 saal mein rates bahut badh gaye hain. Samajh nahi aa raha abhi lena chahiye ya thoda wait karna better hoga? Is the current premium justified, ya bubble hai? Already home loan hai, so this decision is big. What's the ground reality of this price surge? Any advice?

Dekho, I bought a 2BHK in a project near Sector 65 a few years ago, thinking of upgrading later. Now, my current property ka appreciation utna nahi hua jitna Sohna mein projects ka dikha rahe hain. The problem is the 'premium' they are charging is often for amenities that get delayed or are never delivered. Plus, what about the actual physical infrastructure on Golf Course Road Sohna? Roads, water, electricity – kitna improve hua hai? My cousin is still waiting for possession for his flat in Baliawas, booked in 2019.
I think abhi bhi time hai! Sohna is the next big thing, especially with the upcoming connectivity. My agent says good projects will only get costlier. Don't miss out!

Bhai, you're not wrong. My friend bought a plot in Baharampur Naya two years back, thinking it's an investment. Ab rates double ho gaye hain, but liquidity nahi hai. Khareedne wale kam hain. Builders ki inventory bahut hai abhi.
