Golf Horizon LLP: Hidden charges after OC? Anyone else?

I'm based in Dubai and invested in Golf Horizon LLP, Sector 132, thinking OC meant no more costs. Now they're hitting me with PLC and 'maintenance advances' I wasn't told about. Honestly not sure if this is normal. Anyone else facing this? Need a property manager, any recommendations?
