Hi all, I'm confused between Golfgreen Elite and Marshal Green View Apartment. Golfgreen Elite is pricier, but is it worth it? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? Marshal Green View is more affordable, but what about the amenities? Which one offers better ROI? Has anyone experienced resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye. Haan, Golfgreen ka price sunke toh darr lagta hai. Marshal Green View suna hai thoda affordable hai, but uska RERA number mila kisi ko? Construction quality pe bhi doubt hai.
