Ambience Lagoon is old, 2003 possession. Maintenance costs can be a killer in older buildings, even if construction was good initially. Totally agree with you. Low quality projects are a headache later. My friend bought in Badshahpur, now dealing with constant seepage issues. Construction quality is paramount.
Bhai, Ambience Lagoon is a premium segment project. Price range ₹4.4 Cr – ₹9.3 Cr hai. Budget ka kya scene hai? Good construction certainly helps with resale, but that price point is a different league altogether. Also, possession 2003 ka hai, kaafi purana ho gaya.
