I'm also looking in Greater Noida, maybe near Alpha I. Is this price range (₹81 L – ₹2.4 Cr) justified for Amrapali Silicon City considering the current market? And what about the total units, 3029, isn't that too many for proper security management?
It's a trade-off. More units mean a bigger RWA fund usually, but also more complexity in management. The current market conditions in Greater Noida are seeing some good deals for ready-to-move-in properties, but don't expect huge appreciation immediately. Focus on the society's current RWA performance for security, not just what the builder promised years ago. A 3BHK for 90L is decent if the amenities and security are actually good.

I visited Amrapali Silicon City last month. CCTV coverage seemed decent in common areas, but guard presence felt a bit thin, especially near the outer perimeter. Parking is definitely tight, which can be a turn-off for potential tenants. My cousin lives in a society near Ajayabpur, and their visitor parking is much better managed.
