Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme for a Keya Homes project near Doddanekkundi. From my experience, pre-launch pricing looks good but hidden charges, like utilities and society setup, usually kill the final ROI. Is early-bird discount worth it, ya open-market deals better hain? My cousin almost lost his booking amount on a project near Agrahara Layout because the builder just kept delaying RERA registration. These 'early bird' discounts often come with the biggest hidden claws – IF the project even gets off the ground on time. Always check the builder's past projects, especially their possession track record. Kya pata, open market mein negotiated deals sometimes turn out better.
