Got possession in March, realizing floor plan efficiency is key. Visited Parsvnath Privilege IV and Unitech UGCC Amber. Usable space felt so different for similar BHKs. Honestly, how much do those fancy clubhouse amenities actually get used daily? Are they worth the long-term maintenance impact?
