Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Gottigere. I'm seeing 2BHKs around ₹1.2 Cr, and honestly, the price vs. current infrastructure feels a bit off. From my experience, for a good ROI, the entry price shouldn't be so high. Is there still negotiation room, or are these prices set? Also, what's the ground reality for water supply here? Bohut tanker mangana padta hai kya? And what about the investment potential in 3-5 years, considering the traffic?

Totally agree with you. My broker showed me a place near Akshayanagar and it was almost the same. Water is a HUGE issue there too, especially in summer. Tanker mafia is real. Don't fall for builder promises.
Bhai, 1.2 Cr for Gottigere 2BHK is wild. I saw similar rates in JP Nagar last year. Negotiation? Dream on unless it's a distress sale.
