Govindpuram daily life: Water & RWA charges reality check?

Moved into Govindpuram last month. Ek cheez jo koi nahi batata, water supply ka scene hai. Kaafi borewell pe depend karna padta. Also, RWA maintenance charges feel high for the services. Anyone else noticed this? Any tips for dealing with these daily challenges?
