Goyal Colony Noida: Safe for families, especially at night?

Just moved to Goyal Colony. How's the safety situation, especially late at night? I have kids, so that's my main concern. Also, what about water supply? Heard some stories about tankers. Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Any experiences to share? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
