Guys, I'm thinking of buying my first property in Goyal Colony, Noida. I've heard mixed reviews, so I'm a bit confused. What's the real deal with the property prices there? Are they actually justified, or is there room for negotiation? My budget is tight, so every penny counts! Has anyone experienced waterlogging during the monsoon season? That's a big concern for me. Also, what about the food scene? Are there good restaurants and easy delivery options? Honestly, I had no idea buying a house would be so stressful! Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
