Goyal Estate Agency, Sector 35: Brochure aur reality mein kitna farak hai?

Is Goyal Estate Agency's project in Sector 35 really as transparent as they claim? We bought a 3BHK for kids' school near DM Expressway, thinking it's ₹78L all-inclusive, yaani pakka. But now, after paying 30%, they're adding huge PLC and 'amenity charges' not in the initial agreement. Meri wife safety aur final cost ko lekar bahut worried hai. Anyone else faced this with Goyal? Kya karein?
