Goyal Floors 1: Good society vibe or just marketing?
Thought I'd be done with property decisions, but here I am again. Kids have moved out, so we're selling the big house and looking for a smaller, manageable flat. Goyal Floors 1 in New Delhi came up. I'm wondering about the actual society vibe there – is it friendly or more isolated? Also, are the amenities genuinely useful day-to-day, or just for brochures? Need something low maintenance with good hospital access nearby. What's the real monthly maintenance cost like? Any experiences?
