Goyal Homes quality after 3 months: Things nobody tells you?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Dwarka for a friend, and it reminded me of my own experience with Goyal Homes. Possession was in March, aur abhi sirf teen mahine hue hain, but small cracks walls pe dikhne lage hain already. Bathroom fittings bhi thode loose ho gaye hain, especially the shower head. Honestly not sure if this is normal settle down time ya fir construction quality hi aisi hai. Maintenance charges toh monthly jaa rahe hain, but for these small issues, service request ka response time kaafi slow hai. Kya aap logo ko bhi similar issues face hue hain after moving into new flats? What should I have checked more carefully during the final walkthrough? Hope this helps someone looking at new projects.
