Goyal Luxury Floors amenities feel like an afterthought.

Been looking for a 3BHK upgrade since my second kid arrived. Goyal Luxury Floors looks decent, but my wife's main concern is actual utility of amenities. Are the kids' play areas genuinely safe, well-maintained? Or just for show? How's the neighbourhood for daily needs, like a good school nearby? Not sure if it's truly family-friendly.

Bhai, 'Luxury Floors' aur 'UPCOMING' without RERA number? Rahul Mangla ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Pata nahi kids' play area banega bhi ya sirf brochure mein hi rahega.
