Is Goyal Luxury Floors' subcontractor quality a concern? Looking at a 3BHK in Sector 86, around ₹1.2 Cr. Initial visits look okay. But I'm worried about long-term finish – plaster cracks, seepage. My experience says cheaper labor causes problems post-possession. This impacts future resale. What about customer support after booking? If snags appear, do they fix them or go silent? I've seen this in other Faridabad projects near the DM Expressway. Current owners, how's their post-sale service and actual construction quality? Any insights are really helpful.

Yaar, your concern is super valid. I'm also looking in Sector 86 and Goyal Luxury Floors sounds tempting with the pricing, but the 'luxury' part sounds too good to be true for a new player. Have they even delivered any project before this? That's my main worry.
No, they haven't. Goyal Estate Agency has zero completed projects to their name. It's their first big venture, which makes it even riskier.
