U5 sahi keh rahe ho. Aur sabse bada red flag toh yeh hai ki RERA number 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai. Matlab, builder ne RERA registration karaya hi nahi ya bypass kar diya. Aise mein quality control aur legal recourse kaafi mushkil ho jaata hai. Builder ne shayad jaldi possession de diya hoga bina proper clearances ke.
