Goyal Luxury Floors mein construction quality ka reality check after possession is real. Just moved in last month, aur bhai, snag list banate-banate thak gaya. Walls mein hairline cracks, kitchen fittings loose hain, aur bathroom mein seepage ke signs abhi se dikh rahe hain. Yeh sab future maintenance cost badhaega aur resale value pe toh impact karega hi. Investor ke liye toh yeh bilkul headache hai. Kya others ne bhi Rahul Mangla ke projects mein yeh issues face kiye hain? Am I the only one noticing these things so early?

Aur OP, aapne bola 'just moved in last month' but builder data mein toh possession date 2026-04-01 dikha raha hai. Yeh kya confusion hai? Kya aap kisi aur project ki baat kar rahe ho ya iska koi phase pehle deliver ho chuka hai?

Agar yeh 2026 mein hai toh OP ka 'moved in last month' kaise possible hai? Builder ne dates extend ki hain ya koi aur project hai?
