₹2.7 Cr for an UPCOMING project by a builder jo bahut famous bhi nahi hai? Thoda risky lag raha hai. Aur sirf 4 units hain, toh luxury amenities maintain kaise karenge long-term mein?
U5, technically sahi hai, but as a first-time buyer, bina RERA ke invest karna bahut risky ho sakta hai. Mera ek dost Sector 35 mein ek chote project mein phasa tha, builder ne date pe date di aur phir quality bhi compromise kar di. RERA ek safety net hoti hai, uske bina toh aur bhi careful rehna padega. Especially jab itna bada amount involve ho.
U4, agar project mein 8 se kam units hote hain ya area 500 sq mt se kam hota hai, toh RERA registration mandatory nahi hota. Ismein toh sirf 4 units hain, toh technically it can be 'Not Applicable'.
Exactly! Aur RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai. Iska kya matlab hai?
