Goyal Luxury Floors: Daily life experience opinions?

My kids have moved out and we're selling our big house, so looking for something manageable. Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla in Faridabad caught my eye, but not sure if it's genuinely good to live in. On paper, it looks decent, but daily life mein kaisa hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, will it be friendly? And proximity to good hospitals is a big concern for us. Maintenance charges bhi pata karne hain. Is it worth ₹2.65 Cr for actual living, ya sirf investment ke liye achha hai? Opinions please.
