Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla ka actual living experience kaisa hai? Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but iska layout genuinely practical hai family ke liye? Carpet area efficient hai ya congested? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals kitne close hain? ₹2.65 Cr badi investment hai, daily convenience bahut important hai. Koi rehta hai ya site visit kiya hai? Thoughts please.

Bhai, ₹2.7 Cr for an upcoming project, that too luxury floors with just 4 units? Sounds super risky to me. Rahul Mangla ka track record kya hai? Brochure mein sab shiny dikhta hai but real deal mein often builders disappear with such niche projects. Especially since RERA number is 'Not Applicable' — this is a huge red flag. My friend almost got stuck in a similar deal near Sector 35, builder just vanished after taking booking amount. Please be very careful.
