Bhai, pehle toh ye dekho ki RERA number 'Not Applicable' kyu hai? Sirf 4 units hain, toh shayad isliye? Par luxury floors bol ke ₹2.7 Cr ka price, upcoming project ke liye, woh bhi bina RERA ke, thoda risky lag raha hai. Maintenance toh baad ki baat hai, pehle project ka legality aur delivery time dekho.
Price toh bahut zyada lag raha hai yaar. Faridabad mein, especially in areas like Sector 35, you can find established projects at better rates. Upcoming aur bina RERA ke itna risk lena worth it nahi hai.
