Visited Goyal Luxury Floors last weekend in Sector 86. Property looks decent, connectivity to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is a plus. But I'm always wary of hidden charges post-booking. From my experience, builders often spring up unexpected PLC, EDC, maintenance deposits at possession. Has anyone faced this with Goyal Estate Agency? What were the actual final costs beyond agreement price?
