Just got possession for my unit at Goyal Luxury Floors last month. Honestly, construction quality mein thodi tension ho rahi hai. Kuch minor cracks already dikh rahe hain, aur fittings ka finish utna accha nahi lag raha. Investor perspective se, yeh long-term maintenance costs aur resale value ko affect karega na? Also, promised amenities like the clubhouse, are they actually used ya bas showpiece hain? Does it really attract good tenants ya sirf brochure mein accha lagta hai? Faridabad mein aur projects ka kaisa experience hai after a few months? Should I be worried about future headaches?

Yaar, construction quality ka issue toh common hai aajkal. Mere dost ka bhi Sector 35 mein ek project tha, same story. Fittings aur finish mein compromise karte
Possession? But isn't Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla showing as 'Upcoming' with possession in 2026-04-01? Are we talking about the same project in Faridabad? Thoda confusion ho raha hai, bhai, kya aap kisi aur project ki baat kar rahe ho?
