Goyal Luxury Floors: Is the clubhouse truly active for investors?

Is Goyal Luxury Floors' clubhouse actually used much, or is it mostly empty after a year? I'm eyeing it for investment and know amenities can drive premium pricing, but only if they're genuinely maintained and in use.
