Goyal Luxury Floors? Bhai, luxury aur Goyal naam ek saath thoda ajeeb lag raha hai, especially in Faridabad. Aur upcoming project hai, RERA bhi nahi hai. Bahut risky deal lag rahi hai, first-time buyer ke liye toh bilkul nahi.
Sahi pakda! RERA number is 'Not Applicable' because it's only 4 units. Matlab chhota builder, individual plot pe ban raha hai. Aise projects mein transparency bahut kam hoti hai. Ghost society ka concern toh genuine hai, investor-heavy ho sakta hai. Meri ek friend ne Gurgaon mein aise hi ek chote project mein invest kiya tha, ab 2 saal se possession ke liye wait kar rahi hai, aur builder phone bhi nahi uthaata.
