From my experience, initial build issues like seepage ya faulty wiring baad mein heavy maintenance costs add karte hain, hitting ROI and tenant attraction. Kisi ne yahan invest kiya hai? After a year or two, actual quality kaise hold kar rahi hai? Does the amenity premium justify long-term maintenance burden and resale value impact? Need durability and post-possession issue insights.

Totally agree with the OP. Rahul Mangla ka track record quality ke maamle mein thoda dodgy suna hai. Especially for an investment, you need something solid jo appreciation de, na ki headaches. Is price point pe toh quality compromise bilkul nahi hona chahiye.
