Goyal Luxury Floors: Parking aur kids' area ka kya reality hai?

Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Faridabad for our bigger flat. Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla looked good online, but site visit pe kuch doubts aa gaye hain. Kids are growing, need a 3BHK for sure. My wife's priority is a safe, usable children's play area and good parking. Wahan pe they showed us a small patch, not sure if it's enough for all residents. Is the actual play area usable or just for show? Also, parking ka kya scene hai? Builders often promise ample space but then it's a lottery system or extra charges. Has anyone who bought here faced issues with reserved parking or visitor parking? Don't want to deal with daily parking fights. I'm looking at a unit around ₹78L, but if basic amenities like proper parking and a safe play area are a headache, it's not worth it, right? What's the real ground reality there?
