Yaar, exactly my thoughts! ₹2.65 Cr for Goyal Luxury Floors sounds crazy. Pre-launch mein kaafi sasta tha, I heard. My biggest worry is the resale. Who will buy a ₹2.7 Cr property in Faridabad, especially with only 4 units? Aur RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai, that's a huge red flag for me. Liquidity ka issue pakka hoga.
