Neighbourhood ka scene bahut important hai. I live near Sector 35, and schools like DPS and Apeejay are great, but traffic can be a pain during peak hours. Markets ke liye you'll find local kirana stores easily, but for bigger malls or hypermarkets, you might have to drive a bit. Check the distance to your office too. Sometimes, a good school nearby comes at the cost of a longer commute. ₹2.7 Cr mein you should get good connectivity.
Floor plan ke liye, site visit pe sabse pehle check karo ki rooms ka actual size kitna hai, not just what's on paper. Make sure there's enough natural light and ventilation. Ask for a sample flat if they have one, ya phir kisi existing project mein jaake dekho unka work. Also, check for column placements, sometimes they eat into usable space.
