Goyal Luxury Housing construction quality is a letdown
Just moved into Goyal Luxury Housing last month, and honestly, thoda disappointing lag raha hai. Possession March mein mila tha. Walls mein abhi se fine cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathroom mein halka seepage bhi feel ho raha hai. Builder ne quality ka bada promise kiya tha. Clubhouse bhi mostly empty rehta hai, not used daily. Also, maintenance charges toh high hain but service quality bilkul matching nahi. Has anyone else faced these issues? Ya only I'm noticing this?

Yaar, I'm so worried after reading this. I'm also looking for my first home, and this sounds like my worst nightmare. Builders promise so much, but delivery is often a problem. Was thinking of this project because of the 'luxury' tag, but if this is the reality...
Totally agree with U1! Luxury ka naam deke bas loot rahe hain. Mera bhi yahi dar hai. Kya karein, kispe trust karein?
