Since last Diwali, I'm watching the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon area for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids and a good school nearby, and this corridor seems perfect. But honestly, for a decent family flat, the prices feel totally out of control. Last year, I saw similar flats ₹1.5 Cr mein, now they're pushing ₹2 Cr. Everyone glorifies the 'premium' tag of Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, but nobody talks about the insane overvaluation we're seeing. Builders are quoting like there's no tomorrow, but I feel like the market will correct soon. Waiting a bit might save us lakhs on the EMI. Should I bite the bullet now, ya fir wait karna sahi hai? Change my mind.
