Grand View (Ready to Move): Real resident experiences needed for family
Did a site visit to Grand View last weekend. My kids are growing up, so I'm upgrading to a bigger 3BHK. The prices are around ₹2.05-2.48 Cr, which is a good chunk of money. On paper, it looks great, but I'm wondering about the actual daily life experience. Is it genuinely good to live in, ya sirf dikhne mein accha hai? My wife's main priority is a good school nearby and general safety for the children. How's the neighborhood for that? Also, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly log hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Anyone living there or nearby, please share your honest opinion. Really need to make the right choice for the family.

I heard from a friend that the total units are 416, which is quite a large society. Sometimes, with so many families, managing amenities and common spaces becomes an issue. Also, parking can be a nightmare in bigger societies. Did you check the parking situation during your visit?
Parking is definitely a concern. My current society has only 200 units and parking is a daily struggle. 416 units sounds like a recipe for disaster if they haven't planned it well. That's a crucial point for daily life.
My cousin lives near Grand View, in Alpha II. He says the general vibe of the area is quite family-friendly. Lot of parks, and security is usually decent. For schools, he sends his kids to a school in Knowledge Park, which is a short drive. So, good schools are there, just maybe not walking distance from Grand View itself.
