Resale of our old property is almost done, now looking for a smaller, manageable flat. Great Value Sharanam in Greater Noida caught our eye. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas on paper accha lagta hai? Nearby hospitals aur markets kaise hain? We need good medical access. Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Anyone living there, please share your experience. Is the community friendly, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Need something peaceful.
I'm based in Dubai and can't visit Noida. Everyone glorifies Parsvnath Prestige, but what about hidden costs? Great Value Sharanam seems cheaper, but is the construction quality sahi hai? Which has better rental potential? Change my mind.
Is Great Value Sharanam really worth almost 3x the price of Resi Homes? I'm seeing Resi Homes offering ready-to-move flats for around 45L. Sharanam is starting at 1.11 Cr! Matlab, is the carpet area in Sharanam so much better to justify that difference? Or are you paying purely for the brand name? Honestly, I'm looking at rental potential. Will Sharanam actually get me 3x the rent? I doubt it. Someone told me the maintenance charges are also crazy high there. I know Resi Homes is more basic, but it's OC toh hai na? Change my mind; tell me why Sharanam is *actually* worth it. Anyone living in either society, please give honest reviews.
