Greater Faridabad: Best 2BHK options for a first-time buyer?

Visited a few projects in Greater Faridabad last weekend for a 2BHK. My budget is around ₹80L-1.5Cr. I saw options in Sector 81 and 84, but honestly, samajh nahi aa raha which one offers better value. Parents keh rahe hain future growth dekho. Anyone bought here recently? Kya advice hai?
