Vaidpura mein finally move-in kiya last month. Aditya Builders ka project tha. All-in cost was shocking! Registry, stamp duty, PLC, parking, interiors... sab milake 15% upar chala gaya initial quoted price se. Builders yeh pehle clear kyun nahi karte? Meri toh savings hit ho gayi yaar. Kya ye normal hai Greater Noida mein?

Bhai, this is absolutely normal. Builders never give the full picture upfront. Yeh toh har jagah ka scene hai, especially in developing areas like Greater Noida. We also faced this with our project near Alpha 1.
