Visited Avj Heightss last week. Builder brochure mein sab dikha dete hain. But real life mein clubhouse aur sports facilities kitni usable hoti hain? Ya sirf showpiece? Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! My friend bought in Alpha I Greater Noida, same story. Club house looks great but always empty or needs repairs. Maintenance charges toh har saal badhte hi jaate hain, aur services wahi purani.
