Greater Noida amenities don't justify the premium

Okay I'll say what no one says: are these fancy amenities actually worth the premium in Greater Noida projects? I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing a 3BHK or Dagar Ashiyana Prime Villas. But yaar, construction quality after a year often means cracks, seepage, loose fittings. How does that impact future resale ya tenant attraction? And these huge clubhouses, gyms... are they actually used daily or just for show? Maintenance charges toh high hote hain, but service quality ka kya? I don't see the premium justifying long-term headaches. Change my mind.
