Greater Noida build quality is an investor's biggest gamble
₹78 lakh for a studio apartment in Rehouse Krishna Orchid, Greater Noida... I mean, it's a good location, but I'm worried about the actual build quality once it's delivered. I work in real estate, I know how brochures can lie. Site visits pe jo finishing dikhate hain, does it hold up after a year or two? Especially for an investor, cracks, seepage, ya cheap fittings mean big maintenance headaches and lower resale value. Is anyone seeing issues with the plasterwork or plumbing already? And amenities ka kya scene hai? The brochure shows a fancy clubhouse, gym... but are they actually functional ya bas showpiece hain? Will tenants even use them regularly? Trying to figure out if the premium pricing is justified long-term. Any honest feedback on actual construction quality and amenity upkeep wahan pe?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! ₹78 lakh for a studio in Greater Noida sounds insane, even for a good location. Builders show one thing, deliver another. I visited a project near Alpha II and the sample flat was nothing like the actual units. Construction quality is the biggest fear, especially the finishing and plumbing. My friend booked a flat in another project and within a year, all the bathroom fittings had to be replaced. Is anyone seeing issues with plasterwork or seepage already in Krishna Orchid?
Totally agree, U
