Greater Noida builders' amenity promises are often just for show.
I'm checking out properties, like Savviour Vridhi Premium Tower. On paper, amenities sab top-notch lagti hain. But possession ke baad kya reality hoti hai? Has anyone bought there or nearby? I'm worried about the gap between promised vs. delivered. Also, construction quality ka kya scene hai? Cracks, seepage, ye sab common hai kya after a year? Aur maintenance charges ke against service kitni milti hai? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, it's my first property. Help needed.

Construction quality is a huge red flag for many projects in Greater Noida. I've seen apartments with seepage just a year or two after possession, especially during monsoon. Make sure to check the builder's past projects, if any, and talk to existing residents there. Don't just rely on the sales executive's words.

Only 8 units sounds good for privacy, but also means less collective power if something goes wrong. Builders sometimes delay smaller projects too. My brother's project in Ajayabpur, another small one, got delayed by almost 2 years because of slow sales.
You can go to the RERA website and put in the project number. It will show basic details and sometimes, if there are official complaints filed, you might find some info there. But usually, public forums like Propmyna give you a more real picture of customer satisfaction. Don't rely just on RERA for quality checks.

Haan yaar, Alpha II mein bhi mere ek friend ne liya tha. Builder ne clubhouse ka promise kiya tha, woh abhi tak adhoora hai. Savviour Vridhi ka toh possession date 2027-08-01 hai, kaafi time hai abhi. But still, future ka darr laga rehta hai.
Totally agree. My cousin bought in Alistonia Estate, not Savviour, but same area. Initial promises were grand, but after possession, the swimming pool was always dirty and the gym equipment was basic. Maintenance charges toh lete hain but service is a big question mark.
