Greater Noida builders: Is on-time delivery even real?

Been looking for 8 months now from Dubai for an investment flat in Greater Noida. I'm keen on Noida Extension ya Yamuna Expressway side, targeting a 2BHK/3BHK around ₹80L-₹1.5Cr. Remote buying is stressful, especially with project delays. Godrej, ATS, aur Gaursons ke projects dekh raha hoon. Godrej ki delivery ka kya scene hai, time pe dete hain ya late karte hain? ATS ka construction quality kaisa hai, after possession koi plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Aur Gaursons ke customer support ka experience kaisa hai, booking ke baad phone uthate hain ya ghost kar dete hain? As an NRI, I can't do site inspections easily, so builder ka track record bahut important hai. Which one would you recommend for reliability and less headaches for someone who's not physically present?
