Okay I'll say what no one says — Godrej Properties ya ATS ki construction quality Greater Noida mein overhyped hai. Gaursons ka delivery track record bhi average laga. Change my mind?

But Godrej ke projects mein, especially Alpha II ke paas wale, construction quality acchi lagi mujhe, although amenities mein thoda compromise laga. ATS ka toh, agreed, price point pe justify nahi karte, they are riding on past glory.
