Since last Diwali, after my daughter's school admission, we've been seriously looking for a bigger 3BHK. Ab Greater Noida mein Godrej, ATS, Gaursons projects dekh rahe hain. My wife is quite concerned about construction quality aur post-possession issues. Some people say certain builders have zero after-sales service, especially for families. Which builder has a good word-of-mouth reputation in Sector 150 ya Noida Extension? Delivery track record bhi bahut important hai. Any real experiences with M3M ya ACE Group projects? Kids ke liye safe environment aur achi maintenance bahut zaroori hai.
