Construction quality from some big builders in Greater Noida is genuinely shocking post-possession. I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord raised rent again, and I'm finally taking the plunge for a 3BHK in Noida Extension. But honestly, I'm terrified of buying something that looks great in the brochure but falls apart in a year. I've heard stories about Gaursons and ACE Group projects having plaster cracks or seepage issues after a couple of monsoons. Then there's the hidden charges. Are builders still hitting you with huge PLC or EDC demands right before registry? I'm budgeting around ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK and can't afford nasty surprises. What was your experience with these builders regarding actual construction quality and any last-minute financial shocks at handover? Did they even fix warranty issues properly?
