Is Gated Community in Greater Noida really worth the premium? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Brochures never show the real traffic or community vibe. Are the amenities actually usable, or just for show? Anyone living there can share off-the-record pros and cons? What's the daily commute like?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing a few projects in Greater Noida West, but the premium for 'gated' living feels too high sometimes. Is it just for the swimming pool and gym that I'll barely use? What about the maintenance charges, are they reasonable or do they keep hiking them every year? Really confused if it's worth stretching my budget.
