Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, I'm eyeing Golden Value Homes in Greater Noida. As an investor, construction quality is key for resale and tenant attraction, you know? Worried about cracks or seepage issues popping up after a year. Is the build quality actually good there? What did you guys notice during site visits or after possession?

The price range of ₹63 L – ₹96 L is at the higher end for an ongoing project in this area, especially with a 2026 possession. I'd rather look at projects with a proven track record, even if it means paying a little more or going slightly further, maybe towards Alistonia Estate.
